At SaN Tos, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is different from the item ordered.
  • The wrong size was sent by our team.

To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and provide your order details and photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized designs.
  • Products ordered in the correct size and received in good condition.
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

If the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent, we will replace it at no additional cost.
